All proceeds benefit Jerusalem Shriners and are not tax deductible

All Local, State, and Federal Laws will be adhered to.

You must be 18 years old to purchase a ticket.

You must be 16 years of age to be admitted.

You must be 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages.

If a prize is substituted, the value will be equal or greater than prize listed.

You must present ticket to enter Raffle site or receive food or beverages. Tickets purchased online should be printed from email receipt.

You need not be present to WIN.

Winners will receive a gift card for value of prize to be used at their discretion.

All prizes are awarded from Academy Sports & Outdoors, 8843 Veterans Blvd, Metairie LA 7003

Winners will be given a gift card from Academy and can redeem the gift card for the prize at the Academy in Metairie LA. The winner can choose to use gift card to buy any other merchandise at any Academy location or on their website.

Jerusalem Shriners reserves the right to change the raffle drawing order at any time without prior notice.

All winners will be notified by phone or mail.

Offer void where prohibited by law.

All sales are final.

Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges.

Do I need to be present in order to win?No, you do not need to be present to win a prize in the Sportsman’s Raffle.

Can I win more than once on the same ticket?Yes, after a winning ticket is drawn and properly recorded, it is placed back in the drum and you may win again on the same ticket.

How will I know if I won?You will be contacted by phone or U.S. mail within 2 weeks. Jerusalem Shriners will also post all winners on our web site, usually within 72 hours after the raffle is over.

How do I claim my prize?Simply take your gift card to Academy Sports & Outdoors in Metairie LA to redeem it. Academy will have a list of the winners on file. Jerusalem Shriners agreement with Academy stipulates that 99% of all guns will be in stock on Raffle Day and reserved for winners for at least 60 days. If you won a cash prize, you will simply receive a check in the mail. If you win a cash prize and you are in attendance, you will receive the prize in person, in cash, on the spot as long as we can verify your information.

My grandson is 14 years old, can he attend?"Yes. A $20 admission ticket, valid for entry only, is required for everyone from age 5 to 17.

Do I need to have my ticket the day of the event?Yes. In order to be admitted into the venue on the day of the event, you must show your ticket or purchase one at the door. If you purchased tickets online, you can print your receipt and show that at the door for admission. There are NO exceptions.

When is the 2023 event?September 30, 2023. Doors open at 10am.

Are tickets for sale online?Yes, tickets are on sell on our website. You can also purchase by calling Jerusalem Shrine at 985-725-1716, or you can purchase tickets at the door of the event.

Can anyone attend the event? Or is it just for Shriners?Yes! It is open to the public. You must have an event ticket to gain entrance; tickets will also be for sale at the door.

Who do the ticket proceeds go to? Who are the Shriners?All proceeds will benefit the Jerusalem Shriners General Fund, and are not deductible as a charitable donation. Click HERE to read more about the Jerusalem Shrine.

Will there be food at the event?Yes, there will be food and refreshment at the event, while it lasts. BYOB! If you purchase your ticket before the event, it will assist us in planning.

Are the event tickets tax deductible?No, the event tickets are not tax deductible as charitable tax contributions. All proceeds are for the benefit of Jerusalem Shrine Center.
